Shipping Policy:

1. Shipment is available PAN India 
2. Shipment is free for orders above Rs 1500/-. Shipment fee is applicable for all other orders and at a flat rate of Rs100/- per order.
3. Additional charges of ₹99 for COD payment method.
4. We use Shiprocket for all shipments to ensure hassle free online shopping experience and they usually deliver in 7-9 days after order placement

Nomki Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

We provide the convenience of our Free 14 Day Return option. Not happy with the product? Return it within 14 days for a hassle-free refund. 

The product should be unused and the same condition as you received it with all tags intact and original packaging

Product is not eligible for return if:

1. Product tags are missing
2. Return request is raised 14 days after delivery
3. Product has been used/ washed/ dirty

Refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 7 working days of receiving the product after thorough quality check

Please email us for raising a return request, together with a description of the issue you were having or the reason why you wanted to return it, if you would want to request an exchange or refund.
